  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal departments for resolution.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Educate customers on product features and benefits to enhance their experience.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Contribute to team goals and performance metrics.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and support skills.
  • Assist with customer onboarding and retention efforts.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Excellent active listening, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, CRM software, and helpdesk systems.
  • Patience and empathy when dealing with challenging customer situations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team.
  • Previous experience in a remote customer service role is highly desirable.
  • A dedicated workspace with reliable high-speed internet is required.
