This role requires a talented professional capable of crafting compelling narratives, managing media relations, and enhancing the organization's public image across various platforms. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional writing, editing, and strategic planning abilities, with a proven track record in public relations, corporate communications, or media outreach. You will play a key role in shaping and disseminating our client's message to internal and external audiences.

- Write, edit, and proofread press releases, speeches, articles, website content, social media posts, and other communication materials.
- Manage media relations, cultivate relationships with journalists, and respond to media inquiries.
- Oversee the organization's social media presence, developing engaging content and monitoring online conversations.
- Plan and execute internal communication strategies to ensure employees are informed and engaged.
- Develop crisis communication plans and act as a spokesperson when necessary.
- Organize and manage public relations events and outreach activities.
- Monitor media coverage and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing, HR, and other departments to ensure consistent messaging.
- Research industry trends and best practices in communications and public relations.
- Create and maintain communication archives and databases.
- Assist in the development of annual communication budgets and manage related expenses.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content for diverse audiences and platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in media relations, including pitching stories and managing press conferences.
- Strong understanding of digital communication channels, including social media platforms and content management systems.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with PR software is a plus.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Experience in crisis communications is highly desirable.
