A renowned luxury hotel in Indianapolis, Indiana, US , is seeking an experienced and charismatic Front Desk Supervisor to lead their front office operations. This role is critical in ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure. You will oversee the daily activities of the front desk team, including reception, concierge, and bell services, ensuring adherence to high service standards. Key responsibilities include managing guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, handling guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and resolving issues promptly, training and mentoring front desk staff, and coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction. You will also be responsible for managing room inventory, processing payments, and maintaining the integrity of guest records. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership qualities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for hospitality. You should have a keen eye for detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to remain composed and effective under pressure. A solid understanding of hotel operations, reservation systems (PMS), and customer service best practices is essential. Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Agent or Supervisor in a hotel setting.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
