Executive Assistant to CEO - Fully Remote
Job Description
Our client, a rapidly growing tech startup, is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to their Chief Executive Officer. This is a critical, fully remote role that requires exceptional discretion, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs and manage complex schedules.

- Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls, proactively resolving conflicts.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation, ensuring seamless itineraries.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO.
- Conduct research and gather information to support the CEO's decision-making processes.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, directing them to the appropriate individuals.
- Organize and prepare for board meetings, executive team meetings, and other important engagements, including agendas, minutes, and supporting materials.
- Manage expense reporting and personal bill payments for the CEO.
- Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships.
- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive company information.
- Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed to support the CEO's effectiveness.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency for the CEO and executive office.
- Handle ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the CEO.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with impeccable grammar and attention to detail.
- Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
- Experience with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Asana).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
