Remote Senior Construction Superintendent

Our client, a highly respected and innovative construction firm known for its commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability, is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Superintendent to lead project execution. This is a fully remote role, offering the flexibility to manage sites and teams remotely while ensuring all on-site operations run seamlessly. You will be responsible for the day-to-day on-site management of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. This position requires a proactive leader with extensive knowledge of construction processes, site management, and team coordination. You will oversee all field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure strict adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to the project schedule and budget.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow and quality of work.
  • Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and procedures on the job site, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  • Conduct daily site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards.
  • Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure accurate execution.
  • Manage the procurement of materials and equipment for the project site.
  • Resolve on-site issues and conflicts promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain detailed daily reports on site activities, progress, and any issues encountered.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to address challenges and ensure project objectives are met.
  • Ensure all work performed meets the highest standards of quality and workmanship.
We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 7 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar supervisory role on complex construction projects. A strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, safety regulations, and site management is essential. Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, manage subcontractors effectively, and maintain a safe working environment is critical. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are required. While this is a remote role, frequent travel to project sites may be required. Candidates must possess the ability to manage remote teams and operations effectively and have robust remote communication and reporting capabilities. This position is based in Denver, Colorado, US .
