**Job Title: Warehouse Worker**
**Job Description**
Join a fast-paced logistics team as a Warehouse Worker, where you will handle inventory, support shipping and receiving operations, and help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse. You will work with warehouse management systems and material handling equipment to ensure accurate order fulfillment and efficient inventory control.
**Responsibilities**
+ Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments in accordance with established procedures.
+ Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery or pickup with a high level of accuracy.
+ Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
+ Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
+ Perform regular cycle counts and assist with periodic inventory audits.
+ Label, organize, and stage stock according to company standards and storage guidelines.
+ Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.
+ Report damaged, missing, or incorrect inventory promptly to supervisors.
+ Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed daily productivity and quality goals.
**Essential Skills**
+ 2+ years of warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment.
+ Hands-on experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or material handling.
+ Knowledge of inventory control practices, including cycle counts and stock rotation.
+ Experience with shipping and receiving processes.
+ Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
+ Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar inventory software.
+ Ability to work 2nd shift (3:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m., Monday through Thursday).
+ Willingness to work additional hours and some weekends when necessary.
+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and orders.
+ Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Previous experience in inventory or shipping/receiving roles is a plus.
+ Prior forklift experience is a plus.
+ Experience in toolroom or specialized inventory environments is beneficial.
+ Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
+ Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet productivity targets.

**Work Environment**
This role is based in a warehouse environment that supports aircraft-related operations, where you will work around industrial equipment and material handling systems. You will primarily work on 2nd shift from 3:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m., Monday through Thursday, with the need to be available for additional hours and some weekend work as business needs arise. The setting is fast-paced and safety-focused, with a strong emphasis on maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant facility.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Guntersville, AL.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
