Required Skills:

• Valid SC State License to Practice as a CRNA
• NBCRNA Certification
• BLS and ACLS Certification
• DEA Registration
• Minimum of 1 year of anesthesia experience
• Proficiency in anesthesia equipment and procedures
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to respond promptly within 30-45 minutes during callbacks

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Epic EMR system
• Additional certifications (e.g., PALS, ATLS)
• Prior exposure to general, obstetric, ENT, or orthopedic anesthesia
• Flexibility to adapt to fluctuating shift schedules

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master s Degree or higher in Nurse Anesthesia
• At least 1 year of clinical anesthesia experience in a healthcare setting
• Proven ability to handle a diverse patient age group (15-100)

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work scheduled shifts (4x10-hour or 5x8-hour shifts)
• Availability for home call (average once weekly) with response time of 30-45 minutes
• Vaccination compliance as per healthcare regulations
• Ability to work with anesthesia technology and documentation systems like Epic
• Commitment to patient safety and exceptional care standards
