Job Description
Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in our Medical Imaging department at St. Luke's. This role offers a dynamic blend of direct patient care and workflow support in a fast-paced outpatient setting. You'll play an essential role in ensuring patients feel supported and prepared throughout their imaging experience-from arrival through completion of their visit.
Schedule:
Days and evenings, variable shifts, 20 hours per week
What You Can Expect:
* Assist with patient transport to and from imaging areas
* Perform clerical duties including answering phones, scheduling support, and managing patient flow
* Conduct outbound calls to patients for follow-up, appointment coordination, and pre-visit instructions
* Work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment supporting approximately 30-40 patients per day
* Collaborate with a high-energy, team-oriented outpatient imaging team to deliver an exceptional patient experience
Qualifications:
* Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or Nurse Apprentice letter required
* Current BLS/CPR certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross required
* High school diploma or equivalent required
