What Youll Do:
Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities
Spend 4 days per week in the field meeting with local businesses and building relationships
Create and manage your own sales routes and territory
Generate leads through calls, in-person visits, and networking
Present and sell customized staffing solutions
Partner with recruiting to deliver results for clients
Grow and manage your own book of business

What Were Looking For:
Sales experience preferredespecially in business-to-business or service-based sales
A strong mindset with a drive to win new business
Confidence in making calls, setting meetings, and closing deals
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Entry-level candidates with strong drive and ambition will be considered
