Job Description

Compensation: $35,000$55,000 base salary plus commission, with uncapped earning potential and the opportunity to reach six figures year over year.

Entry-Level Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our growing team in Port Charlotte. This role is ideal for someone with around 4 years of sales experience who is comfortable with cold calling and eager to grow their career in sales. You will play a key role in generating new business, building relationships with prospective clients, and supporting overall sales growth.

B2B and outside sales experience are a plus , but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calling to identify and generate new business opportunities

• Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and communication

• Support territory management efforts to help grow and maintain accounts

• Assist with product presentations or demonstrations as needed

• Negotiate pricing and close sales while maintaining a positive customer experience

• Accurately track leads, activities, and accounts using a CRM system

• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner

Qualifications

• Approximately 4 years of sales experience (inside, entry-level, or related sales roles)

• Cold calling experience required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple leads or accounts

• Customer-focused mindset with a desire to learn and grow

• Experience with CRM software (Salesforce or similar) is a plus

• B2B sales experience is a plus, but not required

• Outside sales experience is a plus, but not required

• Valid Drivers License preferred
