Position Overview:
As an Insurance Sales Representative , you will be a key point of contact for our clients, providing timely and accurate information while ensuring a positive customer experience. This role involves addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering support on a variety of insurance-related matters. Leads will be provided for you to contact about products that will meet their needs.

This role is fully-remote. Prior insurance or other-industry sales experience is preferred. Full training and development will be provided. Remote working equipment will also be provided.


Responsibilities:

• Follow up with provided leads, provide information about products and services, develop positive rapport.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Providing information about insurance policies, coverage details, and claims processes.
• Investigating and resolving customer issues or concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Requirements:

• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
• Energetic, positive attitude with a desire to excel
• Proactive in problem-solving
• Able to learn computer functions
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Prior experience in an Allstate agency
• Property/Casualty insurance license must be obtained upon hire
