What Youll Do
- Drive new business through outbound calls, referrals, and inbound inquiries.
- Present and recommend personalized insurance solutions with confidence.
- Convert warm leads into loyal clients while managing a strong sales pipeline.
- Overcome objections, negotiate effectively, and close consistently.
- Build long-term relationships through proactive follow-up and service.
- Active Property & Casualty license and proven insurance sales experience (required).
- A competitive, hunter mentality with a strong drive to achieve goals.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and disciplined in a remote environment.
- A commitment to helping clients protect what matters most while achieving personal financial success.
- Fully remote role with flexibility and autonomy.
