Shift: 2nd Shift - $2 Shift Premium

Job Summary

General ThermoDynamics is seeking a Painter to support production at our Franklin, WI manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing components to meet quality, safety, and customer standards in a fastpaced industrial environment.

What Youll Do

• Prepare parts for paint by cleaning, sanding, masking, and inspecting surfaces
• Apply industrial coatings using spray equipment, brushes, or rollers
• Mix paint and coatings according to specifications
• Inspect finished parts for coverage, color, and quality
• Perform touchups and rework as needed
• Maintain paint booth, equipment, and work area
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper PPE use
• Complete required production and quality documentation
• Support production schedules and daily output goals

What Were Looking For

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Prior experience in industrial or manufacturing painting preferred (entrylevel candidates may be considered)
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and stand for extended periods

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Able to stand, bend, twist, and reach throughout the shift
• Able to work around paint fumes, noise, and production equipment
• Must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
