Company Description

TheProduction Associateworks with theArea Production Manager tofacilitatecoverage for their area, prepare campuses for the weekend, and develop technical and leadership skills to prepare to be launched into a Production Manager role at a new campus launch. This includes managing live production environments,programmingandoperatinglive production systems, volunteer management, scheduling, system maintenance, inventory management, and campus team projects.

Essential Job Functions

• Manage AVL systems
• Program AVL systems and content for all production environments
• Produce the weekend experience, coordinating with the Campus Pastor, Worship Leader, and Music Director
• Manage volunteer recruitment, training, and scheduling for the weekend experienceat the direction of the Area Production Manager
• Assistin campus events, projects,and set changesin the Area
• Maintenance equipment onscheduled intervals
• Work with the Campus Pastorsand staff onspecial events

Experience & Working Conditions

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
• Experience working in ministry is preferred but notrequired
• Experience working in a live production environment
• Basic working knowledge in key AVL production systems, including but not limited to Avid, Yamaha,GrandMA, ProPresenter,Resolume, video switchers
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs
• Standing forlong periodsof time
