Company Overview

Our client is a boutique Architecture and Interior Design studio based in Miami, specializing in bespoke high-end residential projects. The studio focuses on contemporary architecture, refined materiality, lighting, and highly detailed interior spaces.

Position Summary

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Bilingual Interior Designer with 35 years of professional experience to join a collaborative and fast-paced design studio. The ideal candidate will have experience in luxury residential interiors and the ability to contribute to projects from concept development through construction coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop interior design concepts for luxury residential projects
  • Prepare presentations, mood boards, material palettes, and design documentation
  • Coordinate interior elevations, millwork details, finish plans, and lighting layouts
  • Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients
  • Assist with sourcing materials, finishes, fixtures, and furnishings
  • Participate in site visits, construction coordination, and installation phases
  • Coordinate interior design elements with the architectural team

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
  • 35 years of professional experience in Interior Design or Architecture
  • Advanced English level / Bilingual required (Spanish - English)
  • Experience in high-end residential projects preferred
  • Strong design sensibility and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced studio environment

Technical Skills

  • AutoCAD
  • Revit
  • SketchUp
  • Adobe Creative Suite

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $60,000 $65,000 annually (depending on experience)
  • Two (2) weeks of paid vacation per year
