Our client is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Music Producer & Audio Engineer to join their dynamic, fully remote team. This pivotal role demands a deep understanding of music production techniques, audio engineering principles, and the ability to guide projects from conception to final delivery. You will be instrumental in shaping the sonic landscape of our diverse projects, working with artists, composers, and sound designers to achieve exceptional results.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of the music production process, including recording, mixing, mastering, and sound design.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external artists to define artistic direction and technical requirements for audio projects.
  • Utilize advanced audio software and hardware to create high-fidelity soundscapes and compelling musical arrangements.
  • Conduct critical listening sessions and provide constructive feedback to ensure the highest quality output.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in music production and audio engineering.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex audio technical issues.
  • Contribute to the development of audio assets for various media, including games, film, and digital content.
  • Maintain a consistent and professional remote work environment, fostering effective communication with team members across different time zones.
  • Develop and mentor junior audio staff as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Music Producer and/or Audio Engineer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
  • Expert proficiency in industry-standard Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs) such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Ableton Live, or Cubase.
  • In-depth knowledge of acoustics, signal processing, and audio hardware.
  • Excellent critical listening skills and a keen ear for detail.
  • Strong understanding of music theory and composition.
  • Experience with virtual instruments, sample libraries, and synthesis.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Music Production, Audio Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Familiarity with game audio middleware (e.g., Wwise, FMOD) is a plus.
  • Experience in live sound engineering or broadcast audio is beneficial.
