Our client is seeking a visionary Senior VR/AR Content Developer to join their innovative team. Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop immersive VR and AR applications and experiences from concept to completion.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, artists, and product managers to translate ideas into functional and compelling VR/AR content.
  • Utilize game engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine) to build interactive environments and user interfaces.
  • Implement complex 3D assets, animations, and visual effects within VR/AR frameworks.
  • Optimize performance for target VR/AR hardware, ensuring smooth frame rates and responsive interactions.
  • Conduct user testing and iterate on designs based on feedback and performance metrics.
  • Stay current with advancements in VR/AR hardware, software, and development best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues related to VR/AR development, performance, and user experience.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's technical growth.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables within a collaborative setting.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in VR/AR content development, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects.
  • Expertise in Unity or Unreal Engine for VR/AR development.
  • Strong programming skills in C# or C++.
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling and animation software (e.g., Blender, Maya, 3ds Max).
  • Solid understanding of 3D graphics pipelines, rendering techniques, and shaders.
  • Experience with VR/AR SDKs and hardware (e.g., Oculus SDK, OpenXR, Vive).
  • Familiarity with spatial computing concepts and interaction design for immersive environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Experience with performance optimization for real-time applications is essential.
  • Knowledge of photogrammetry and 3D scanning techniques is a plus.
