Location: 222 Forbes Road, Suite 403, Braintree, MA 02184 (work performed at major retail partner locations across Greater Boston)

About Mobizwiz

Mobizwiz Inc. is an authorized retail sales agency for AT&T. We hire and train sales representatives to sell AT&T wireless and internet services inside major retail partners Target, Walmart, Best Buy, BJ's, and Costco. No prior sales experience required.

What You'll Do

• Engage shoppers on the retail floor and present AT&T wireless and internet products

• Walk customers through plans, device upgrades, trade-ins, and home internet eligibility

• Complete activations through AT&T's point-of-sale system

• Hit daily and weekly performance goals

No door-to-door. No cold calling.

Compensation

Pay is the greater of $15.00 per hour for all hours worked (including any overtime owed under federal and Massachusetts law) or commissions earned that week whichever is higher. Commissions are uncapped .

Our current full-time team averages $900$1,600 per week. Top performers earn more. Earnings depend on individual performance and are not guaranteed.

Pay is distributed weekly.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and comfortable engaging customers in person

• Coachable

• Reliable and punctual

• 18 or older

• High school diploma or GED

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Hiring Process
