Insight Global is seeking a Senior Data Product Manager for a top healthcare financial technology client. This candidate will own and drive the lifecycle of enterprise data platforms and analytics capabilities, partnering closely with engineering leaders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-impact data products. The ideal candidate brings strong technical product management experience, deep fluency in data and analytics platforms, and the ability to translate complex stakeholder needs into clear product direction while keeping adoption, usability, and measurable outcomes at the center of the roadmap. We are looking for someone who can step in as a true thought partner - confident in technical conversations, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to move complex, highvisibility data initiatives forward independently
Contract to hire can pay 55-70/hr, conversion salary 127k

- 5+ years of technical product management experience, targeting senior-level candidates
- Strong hands-on data platform and analytics experience
- Prior cloud-native experience (Snowflake preferred)
- Ability to gather requirements, identify gaps/risks, and translate into scalable product features
- Technical depth to partner with software and data engineers on:
Data models and ETLs
Analytics and data visualizations
Deployment and evolution of data infrastructure
- Working knowledge of data management, data engineering, and product analytics concepts
- BI & analytics delivery experience with BI-focused roadmaps and insights
Preference for cloud BI platforms (e.g., Looker, Sigma)
- Familiarity with modern data ecosystems:
SQL, Python/R, Spark
AWS and/or Azure
Airflow or equivalent orchestration tools
Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms
- Strong understanding of data privacy and governance:
Data masking, RBAC, sensitive data handling
- Experience with Agile delivery using Jira/Confluence
Quarterly planning through annual roadmap ownership
Supporting multiple scrum teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience owning intake processes and managing feature/request pipelines - SaaS or technology-first background (healthcare tech a plus)
- Experience supporting internal platform products (data platforms, enablement products)
- Experience defining and tracking KPIs for platform adoption and engagement
- Background collaborating with architecture, operations, portfolio management, marketing, partnerships, and customer success
