**Pay Rate/Schedule:**
$35.00 - $50.00 per hour, based on experience.
1st Shift, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM; overtime is likely, with up to 50 hours per week based on workload
Fully onsite position

**What's a typical day as a Tool Designer? You'll be:**
- Creating accurate 3D models and clear 2D drawing packages for manufacturing, reporting directly to the engineering team.
- Applying your deep knowledge of materials and manufacturing methods to ensure robust and cost-effective designs.
- Maintaining proactive communication with shop floor teams, incorporating feedback into continuous improvement of designs.
**This job might be an outstanding fit if you:**
- Have proficiency with Creo or Solid modeling software, with a strong engineering background (degree or significant applicable experience).
- Possess strong shop floor communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to work effectively with machinists, welders, and inspectors.
- Are adaptable and have a practical approach to problem-solving, with at least 5 years of Tool Design experience highly preferred.
