This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:
Schedule: 24 hour call (7a-7a)
Setting: Inpatient call coverage only.
Required Procedures: Required Procedures: Cystoscopy, biopsies
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days after receiving completed application with clean file.
Types of Cases: Urologist duties, consults, surgery if needed, follow up in practice if needed.
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Cerner
Certifications Required: Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible Urology, Basic Life Support
Licensure Required: Arizona license
