Job Description

Facility is seeking a Locum Tenens Radiologist to provide inpatient diagnostic radiology and nuclear medicine coverage . This is an ongoing assignment designed to support supplemental staffing needs at a busy regional medical center.
Clinical Scope
  • Diagnostic Radiology
  • Nuclear Medicine
Requirements
  • Board Status: Board Eligible (Board Certification not required)
  • Fellowship Training: Required
  • Licensure: Active Kentucky license or IMLC eligibility required (no reimbursement for licensing)
  • Certifications Required:
    • ACLS
    • BLS
Facility & Practice Environment
  • 350-bed facility
  • Stroke-certified hospital
  • Trauma Level III center
  • No admissions, rounding, or call responsibilities
  • No supervision of advanced practice providers
  • No teaching responsibilities
  • Minimal support staff (1 RN provided)
This is an excellent opportunity for a fellowship-trained radiologist seeking a flexible, ongoing locum assignment with a consistent inpatient schedule and no call obligations.
