The Associate Engineer, Data and Analytics partners closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical needs, translating those needs into welldefined technical requirements. The role blends strong technical aptitude with effective interpersonal skills, as the individual will work directly with business stakeholders to ask questions, clarify objectives, and ensure solutions align with business intent.

• Develop reports, dashboards, and data models that reflect defined business requirements, following established standards and best practices.
• Validate data with business partners to ensure accuracy, usability, and alignment with expectations.
• Maintain and enhance existing reporting solutions, incorporating feedback from business users.
• Build strong working relationships with both technical team members and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other Data and Analytics engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and reporting solutions.
• Work directly with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs, ask clarifying questions, and document business requirements.

• Bachelors degree in a technical, analytical, or businessrelated field.
• 13 years of experience (including internships, academic projects, or early career roles) working with data, reporting, or analytics.
• Working knowledge of SQL and a business intelligence tool such as Power BI.
• Experience collaborating with business users to understand needs and clarify requirements.

• Exposure to DAX and Power Query (M).
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure, or Data Lake.
• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance or Supply Chain data models.
• Internship or project experience delivering analytics solutions.

• Strong foundational technical skills in SQL, BI tools (e.g., Power BI), and data analysis concepts.
• Excellent communication skills with business partners to understand problems, clarify requirements, and explain analytical outcomes.
• Comfort working with ambiguity and asking thoughtful questions to uncover true business needs.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build trust with stakeholders at varying technical levels.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, reliable reporting solutions.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and grow technical and business knowledge.

• Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time in front of a computer.
• Ability to move around the facility on a regular basis to perform physical activities such as lifting items of up to 20 lbs. unassisted, bending, standing, climbing or walking.
