As a Software Engineering - Developer at Kyndryl, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions. Using design documentation and functional programming specifications, you will be responsible for implementing identified components. You will ensure that implemented components are appropriately documented, unit-tested, and ready for integration into the final product. You will have the opportunity to architect the solution, test the code, and deploy and build a CI/CD pipeline for it.

Required Technical And Professional Experience
  • 1+ years of experience working as a software engineer on complex software projects
  • Excellent coding skills and solid development experience (Java, Python, .Net, etc.) with debugging and problem-solving skills
  • Software development methodologies, with demonstrated experience developing scalable and robust software
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, data mapping, XML/JSON, REST-based web services
  • Knowledge of architecture design Microservices architecture, containers (Docker & Kubernetes), messaging queues
  • Deep understanding of OOP and design patterns
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Certification in one or more hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud) or equivalent certifications
  • Experience with DevOps tools and modern engineering practices
Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $73,440 to $139,680 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on geography, job-related skills and experience. For part-time roles, compensation will be adjusted accordingly. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable minimum wage requirement. There are different compensation ranges for the following locations: California (San Francisco Bay Area): $88,080 to $167,520; California (All Other): $80,760 to $153,600; Colorado: $73,440 to $139,680; Massachusetts: $73,440 to $153,600; New York City: $88,080 to $167,520; Washington: $80,760 to $153,600; Washington DC: $80,760 to $153,600.

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl\'s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl\'s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
