Finance Manager

Off Lease Only, LLC is seeking a Finance Manager in our Palm Beach location!

Summary

The Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager is primarily responsible for selling used car buyers financing and insurance programs. F&I managers also work with financial lenders to give fair interest rates to buyers and programs.

Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties

-Offer vehicle financing and insurance to customers, and provide them with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties.
-Process financing deals accurately and secure approval through financial sources.
-Understand and comply with federal, state and local regulations that affect the used vehicle finance and insurance.
-Create and maintain relationships with the sales department that will ensure sales are referred to the F&I department.
-Train and provide the sales team with information on finance programs and the benefits of financing and extended service programs.
-Complete other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience

· High School Diploma or equivalent.

· Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree is a plus.

· Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in automotive financing.

· Must be proficient in ADP/CDK

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations

· AFIP Certification strongly desired

· A valid Florida driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record in the sole discretion of Off Lease Only.

· All employees in this position must pass a written driving test administered by Off Lease Only.
