Utility Worker
Summary of Duties
Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the facility.
Line of Communication
The Utility Worker should report directly to the General Manager, Assistant General Manager Executive Chef or Shift Supervisor, and if these persons are not present, then report directly to the Assistant General Manager.
Responsibilities
Ensure the strict adherence to any and all cleaning schedules.
Ensure all dish machines, sinks, mops and mop buckets are properly cleaned daily.
Ensure the kitchen floor and serving area floor are free from grease and debris at all times.
Be in proper uniform at all times.
Ensure all pots and pans are properly washed and put up.
Wash dishes.
Bus tables, etc.
Replenish serving line and beverage stations.
Perform additional duties as assigned by senior management.
This position may require bending, stooping, lifting, continuous standing or walking.
