Physical Demands
Much of the work is performed in an aircraft hangar and outdoor environment. Physical demands associated with this position include walking, lifting, and carrying heavy materials (up to 55 lbs), two-person lifts of up to 100 lbs, bending over to set up equipment and record field data, lifting and transporting shipping crates for test equipment, maneuvering cargo dollies. Ability to work in extreme weather conditions.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline; or 2-yr degree plus two additional years of relevant experience; or No degree plus four additional years of relevant experience. Experience: Two years’ experience in software development (can include time as a student) Be available to travel up to 20% of the time.
