Supervisor

Local commercial janitorial service company is seeking Supervisor's and Crew Leaders for various Front Range Areas F/T or P/T.

We are seeking qualified individuals with solid experience in general office cleaning, to manage day to day services.

Minimum requirements include:

Excellent written/verbal communication skills

Problem solving abilities

Basic computer skills

Reliable transportation

Valid Drivers License with no major infractions

Ability to work well with employees and clients

Time management skills

Experience running multiple facilities

Ability to pass a background check & drug test.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a PLUS

Floor and Carpet Care experience a PLUS

Hands on management style is essential

Strong work ethics

Attention to detail and exceed client expectations

Working Environment & Conditions

The right candidate is required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Must occasionally lift and move up to 50 lbs. The job's specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
