Senior BAS Controls Specialist – Richmond, VA – $85,000–$115,000 + Bonus + Company Vehicle

• Strong understanding of BAS, HVAC, and electrical control systems
• Hands-on experience with DDC programming and control application implementation
• Ability to develop databases, build graphics, and configure user interfaces
• Capable of rewriting and refining sequences of operation (SOOs)
• Proficient in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and maintenance of control systems
• Experience integrating 3rd-party protocols (BACnet, Modbus, etc.)
• Background in installation, startup, commissioning, and full point-to-point testing
