Our Client

The Role

• Lead PLC/HMI programming, system design, and control system architecture
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex control system issues across electrical and software systems
• Oversee commissioning, start-ups, and on-site system integrations
• Collaborate cross-functionally and support/mentor junior team members
• Interface with customers for technical support, training, and project success

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 10+ years of experience
• Strong PLC programming (Rockwell/Allen-Bradley and/or Siemens) and HMI/SCADA experience
• Experience with VFDs, motion control, servo systems, and industrial communication protocols
• Ability to read electrical schematics and support commissioning/start-ups
• Knowledge of electrical and safety standards (NFPA, UL, CE, CSA) and strong problem-solving skills
