Insight Global is looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead complex cloud infrastructure programs across Azure and GCP. This role partners deeply with engineering leaders and developers to drive critical platform initiatives and ensure high-impact technical programs are delivered reliably and at scale.
What You'll Do:
-Own and drive end-to-end cloud infrastructure programs, including version upgrades, tooling upgrades, and security remediation ("keeping the lights on")
-Partner closely with cloud infrastructure and developer teams to plan, execute, and unblock complex technical work
-Lead cross-functional execution across engineering, security, and platform teams to drive adoption and delivery
-Manage executive-level communication, translating deep technical details into clear status, risks, and decisions
-Track and execute programs using Jira and Confluence, ensuring clarity on scope, dependencies, and milestones
-Use data and dashboards (e.g., Faros) to visualize progress, adoption, and operational health
-Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and gaps, and drive them to resolution

Skills and Requirements
-10+ years of experience in technical program management or engineering-focused roles
-Strong background in cloud infrastructure (compute, storage, CI/CD pipelines)
-Hands-on experience working with Azure and/or GCP
-Deep comfort working with developers and infrastructure engineers
-Experience driving critical infrastructure initiatives such as version upgrades, tooling changes, and security remediation
-Strong execution discipline with Jira, Confluence, and agile delivery models -Prior experience as a developer or infrastructure engineer
-Experience driving platform adoption across large engineering orgs
-Familiarity with data visualization and engineering productivity tooling (e.g., Faros)
-Experience in multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments
-Background supporting high-availability, security-sensitive systems
