Facility Engineer

Join our team at a private Golf Course and Country Club in El Dorado Hills as a Facility Engineer. We're looking for an experienced and dependable individual for a full-time position.

Responsibilities: Your primary duties include but are not limited to:

• Electrical work including switches, receptacles, light bulbs and fixtures, ballasts, transformers, relays, motors, etc.
• HVAC Maintenance including filters, coil cleaning, capacitors, contactors, etc.
• Pool Maintenance including testing and adding chemicals, cleaning, equipment repair, etc.
• Kitchen Equipment Maintenance including ovens, ice machines, refrigerators, etc.
• Building Maintenance including wall patching, paint, woodwork, carpet, furniture, etc.
• Plumbing Maintenance including faucets, toilets, copper pipe repairs, drains, drain cleaning, etc.
• Some Janitorial Duties including removal of trash, carpet cleaning, pressure washing, etc.

To qualify, you need a high school diploma or GED and at least three years of hands-on maintenance experience in country clubs, apartments, restaurants, or hotels. You should have basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and more. Additional training in related fields is a plus.
