Job Description

We are currently seeking a qualified Speech Pathologist to join our team of compassionate and skilled rehabilitation professionals. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in patients, promoting optimal health and functional independence.
Evaluate patient speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing skills.
Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
Monitor and document patient progress in accordance with therapy goals.
Educate patients and families about communication strategies and coping mechanisms.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive treatment.
Strong understanding of various speech disorders and treatments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create and follow through with effective treatment plans.
Proficiency in using medical software for patient documentation.

Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
