• Design and develop full-stack applications using TypeScript and NodeJS to enhance user experience and functionality.
• Collaborate with a small, agile team to iterate on product features based on user feedback and market demands.
• Implement scalable and maintainable code while ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications.
• Engage in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Analyze system performance metrics and optimize applications to meet evolving business needs.

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development, particularly with TypeScript and NodeJS.
• Proven track record of building and deploying applications in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
• Experience working collaboratively in small teams, contributing to both front-end and back-end development.

• Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in financial services.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools for project management.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages or frameworks that complement the tech stack.
