This role is responsible for managing IT programs with a focus on security-related activities and ensuring alignment with mission requirements and cybersecurity objectives. **Responsibilities** + Manage IT programs with a focus on security-related efforts + Provide oversight of project and program management activities + Ensure alignment with cybersecurity mission requirements and program objectives + Support delivery of security-focused initiatives in accordance with program requirements **Qualifications** + **Experience** : 10+ years managing enterprise IT/cyber programs, including SOC operations; DHS or law-enforcement experience preferred. + **Education** : + Bachelor's Degree and ten (10) years of project/program management experience, seven (7) of which must be security-related; OR + Master's Degree in a security or business discipline and seven (7) years of project/program management experience, five (5) of which must be security-related + **Certifications** (Required): Project Management Professional (PMP) + Industry certification related to security and/or incident response (e.g., Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), GIAC) + **Clearance/Suitability** : Secret (active); Top Secret, SCI Clearance (eligible) **Additional Information** **Work Environment** + Normal office conditions with potential to perform duties in deployed locations. + Core hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 0600 - 1700. + May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs. **Working at SOSi** All interested individuals will receive consideration and will not be discriminated against for any reason.
