What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the team by coordinating service flow, mentoring and directing bartenders/servers/barbacks, handling guest issues, ensuring quality and safety standards, and managing opening/closing and inventory tasks.
- Making drinks and pouring beer like a pro
- Delivering delicious eats with speed and style
- Keeping our space spotless and welcoming ✨
- Greeting guests and making them feel like MVPs
- Being the vibe — upbeat, friendly, and always guest-focused
