Quality Engineer

Job Description Overview This role focuses on continuous improvement, quality control, and execution. The Quality Engineer will monitor customer complaints, lead root cause analysis, and ensure improvement projects are completed effectively so issues do not repeat. This is a strong individual contributor role with leadership potential. Ideal for a Quality Engineer who wants to grow into broader responsibility over time. Skills and Requirements - 5+ years of Quality Engineering experience - Strong experience with FMEA and root cause analysis - Hands-on, execution-focused mindset - Comfortable managing multiple improvement initiatives - Demonstrated leadership potential and desire to grow Experience with ISO 9001 and/or ISO 14001
