We are currently seeking a Project & Program Support Coordinator to join our team at our client's corporate office supporting the Aftersales, Customer Experience (CX), and Training (ASCX) teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and highly organized professional interested in reporting, budget analysis, program coordination, and cross-functional support. **Position Details** **Pay:** $25.01/hr - $ 32.00/hr **Schedule:** Onsite | Monday-Friday | Regular Business Hours **Location:** Fountain Valley, CA **About the Role** As a Project & Program Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting Aftersales, CX, and Training initiatives through reporting, budget tracking, meeting coordination, and program administration. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment. **Key Responsibilities** **Reporting & Presentation Support** + Prepare, distribute, track, edit, and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly ASCX reports and presentations + Support ad-hoc reporting and presentation requests + Manage and maintain weekly newsletters ensuring announcements and data are current and accurate **Budget & Financial Support** + Develop, analyze, and publish monthly budget reports + Support annual budget planning activities across Aftersales and CX & Training teams + Collaborate with cross-functional workgroups to ensure required budget information is submitted on time + Support program administration including purchase requests, invoice payments, and reconciliation activities **Meeting & Program Coordination** + Schedule, prepare for, participate in, and recap weekly cross-functional meetings + Coordinate communication and follow-up items between departments + Maintain organized records and documentation related to projects and programs **Customer Experience & Retail Initiative Support** + Support CX retail initiatives including Delivery Checklist reporting + Assist with Delivery platform development and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) + Support Concierge program development and platform UAT activities + Track and monitor project updates and reporting metrics **Required Qualifications** + High school diploma required + Bachelor's degree preferred + Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision + Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills **Preferred Qualifications** + Prior experience within the automotive industry + Experience supporting Sales, Customer Experience, Training, or Aftersales teams + Experience with SAP, Microsoft Power BI, or Tableau + Prior budget preparation or financial reporting experience + Experience supporting cross-functional projects or programs **Additional Information** + Physical Requirements: Standard office duties + Travel Required: None + Driving Classification/Purpose: N/A Click Apply Now for immediate consideration!
