Job Description

Sevita is seeking a dedicated BCaBA to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team providing person-centered behavioral health support in home and community settings. In this role, you will implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision, collect and analyze behavior data, train caregivers, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Provide direct ABA-based behavioral health services to individuals across home, community, and clinic settings under BCBA supervision
Assist with functional behavior assessments and contribute to the development and refinement of individualized behavior intervention plans
Implement evidence-based behavior support strategies and skill acquisition programs consistently and with clinical integrity
Collect, graph, and analyze behavioral and skills data to monitor progress and inform treatment decisions
Document sessions, progress notes, and treatment updates accurately and within required timelines
Train and coach families, caregivers, and direct support staff on behavior support plans, data collection, and reinforcement procedures
Collaborate with supervising BCBA and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate holistic, person-centered care
Ensure adherence to BACB ethical guidelines, agency policies, and applicable state and payer regulations
Participate in supervision, team meetings, and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills
Promote client dignity, safety, and autonomy in all interactions, advocating for inclusive, community-based participation
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) implementation
Behavior intervention planning support
Functional behavior assessment assistance
Data collection, graphing, and basic data analysis
Skill acquisition program implementation
Crisis prevention and de-escalation techniques
Caregiver and staff training and coaching
Clinical documentation and electronic health records use
Knowledge of developmental disabilities and behavioral health conditions
Understanding of BACB ethics and state regulations
Interdisciplinary team collaboration
Time management and caseload organization
Basic computer and documentation skills (e.g., MS Office, data platforms)

Current Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) credential in good standing
Eligibility to practice under a licensed/credentialed supervising BCBA per state regulations
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for community visits
Current CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain upon hire
Ability to pass background checks and health clearance as required by state and funders
