Provide food and beverage service to club members and guests.

1. Supervisor Responsibilities
   • None
2. Primary Duties
   • Communicate with members and guests about when their food will be ready and any problems that may arise in a friendly and sincere manner.
   • Interact with other service and cooking staff to ensure speedy and effective operations so guests receive their food as quickly and accurately as possible.
   • Handle food carefully and responsibly while serving guests their dishes.
   • Provide a friendly and caring experience for every member and guest that comes into the club, upholding Green Tree's hospitality standards.
   • Train other employees in standard practices and procedures in a shadow-style training program.

1. Willingness to learn and adapt to varied and added responsibilities.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to recall menu items.
4. Results-driven and goal-oriented with a priority on teamwork
5. Work as part of a team or collaborate with colleagues.

1. Food handlers Certification required.
2. TABC Certification

1. There is a potential for stressful situations and for long hours including evenings and weekends shifts.
2. Occasionally work in a hot, humid, and noisy environment.

1. The person in this position constantly communicates with members, guests, colleagues, and managers. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
2. Remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
3. Adjusting or moving objects up to 40 pounds in all directions.
4. Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, and twisting.
