Business Unit Controller
Northern Fairfield County
Hybrid
An established international organization in manufacturing is seeking a Business Unit Controller to lead finance operations. This high-impact role reports directly to the Corporate Controller and offers exposure to global leadership, operational finance, and strategic decision-making.
What You’ll Do
- Lead financial operations, reporting, compliance, and forecasting across multiple entities
- Manage monthly/annual close, reconciliations, cash flow, and external audits
- Provide leadership and development for accounting teams across three countries
- Drive automation and process improvement across finance systems and controls
- Ensure regulatory compliance and collaborate with executive leadership
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience (manufacturing preferred)
- Strong ERP knowledge (D365 a plus), Excel, and data analysis skills
- Leadership in multi-entity, multi-currency environments
- Excellent communication, team-building, and problem-solving abilities
