Shift Lead

Location: 4800 W Park Blvd, Plano, Plano, TX, 75093

The Shift Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store during their assigned shift. They will ensure that all employees are performing their duties correctly and efficiently, and that customer service is of the highest quality. The Shift Lead will also be responsible for opening and closing the store, handling cash and deposits, and ensuring that all inventory is properly stocked and accounted for. They will be expected to lead by example and maintain a positive attitude at all times.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a retail or customer service environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to handle cash and make change accurately
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
