Job Description
Hope Network is seeking a compassionate Behavior Analyst to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will conduct functional behavior assessments, design and monitor evidence-based behavior intervention plans, and use data-driven decision making to support individuals with disabilities or disadvantages. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, train caregivers and direct care staff, and ensure high-quality, person-centered services. Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment goals
Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans using ABA principles
Collect, analyze, and report behavioral data for clinical decision making
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare and educational teams
Train and coach caregivers, families, and direct support staff
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulations
Provide crisis intervention and behavior support as needed
Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards in behavior analysis
Participate in professional development and supervision activities
Contribute to a culture of inclusivity, compassion, and person-centered care
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
