Complete intensive training program focusing on industry regulations, company policies, and effective driving techniques.
Assist in loading and unloading goods while maintaining the security and safety of the cargo.
Conduct routine checks and maintenance of vehicles to ensure operational efficiency and safety compliance.
Operate vehicles in a safe and professional manner over various distances, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate logs of deliveries and travel activities in compliance with federal and state regulations.
Provide exceptional customer service during the delivery of goods, ensuring a positive image of McLane Company.
Participate in safety meetings and adhere to established safety protocols.
Good physical condition ability to lift, carry, and manage heavy loads.
Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to read, understand, and adhere to the rules and regulations of the road.
