Job Description
PREP Cook - Production Crew
- Compensation DOE (depends on experience) and level of expertise
- Full or Part time hours
- No evenings

Prep Cook Responsibilities:
- Read, understand, follow written recipe(s)
- Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make baked goods, such as cookies, bread, cakes, etc
- Decorating and displaying finished products.
- Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls.
- Cleaning and restocking workstations and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift.
Compensation Disclosure:
- includes a BASE rate of 18.50 to 20.00, (DOE) plus TIPS (SERVICE POOL)
- SERVICE POOL (TIPS), are shared by all service staff, prorated by experience, cross training, and position
