Compensation:

$75,000 - $120,000 yearly

Responsibilities:Reviewing construction plans/documents to maintain quality control on-siteManaging multiple subcontractors working on the job to maintain efficiency and proper coordinationMaintain the schedule to meet project milestones and deadlinesAssist subcontractors with material procurement to maintain momentum on-siteProvide regular progress updates/daily reports to keep the team informedQualifications:Understanding/ability to read construction plans/documentsDependable and trustworthyStrong communication skillsWilling to travel to jobs (in the areas listed above)About Company
