Job Description
We are hiring Virtual Assistants to provide administrative and operational support to our executive team. This role involves access to confidential business accounts and documents. A background check is required before starting.
Responsibilities
- Manage emails, calendars, and communications on behalf of executives
- Research and compile information for reports and presentations
- Handle travel bookings, expense tracking, and vendor coordination
- Maintain organized digital files and project tracking documents
- Assist with social media scheduling and basic content updates
- Complete ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by leadership
Requirements
- High school diploma required; bachelor degree preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Must pass a pre-employment background check
- No prior VA experience required — comprehensive training provided
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
