Job Description

We are hiring Virtual Assistants to provide administrative and operational support to our executive team. This role involves access to confidential business accounts and documents. A background check is required before starting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage emails, calendars, and communications on behalf of executives
  • Research and compile information for reports and presentations
  • Handle travel bookings, expense tracking, and vendor coordination
  • Maintain organized digital files and project tracking documents
  • Assist with social media scheduling and basic content updates
  • Complete ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by leadership

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; bachelor degree preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check
  • No prior VA experience required — comprehensive training provided
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
