Project Manager

General Summary:
Manages all aspects of complex projects from inception to conclusion; projects may include software implementations, general corporate or local projects.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Delegates project tasks based on employees’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.
2. Tracks project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
3. Meets budgetary objectives and makes adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
4. Develops comprehensive project plans to be shared with management and the project team.
5. Uses and continually develops leadership skills.
6. Troubleshoots and resolves problems associated with the project.
7. Assists in developing departmental plans, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures as it relates to the project.
8. Coordinates schedules of the project team.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
1. High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Project Management preferred; additional experience will be considered in lieu of education..
2. 5+ years’ experience in project management.
3. Experience with process improvement.
4. Advanced time management and analytical skills.
5. Proven organizational and communication skills.
6. Intermediate PC skills with MS Office Products required.
