Compensation:$16 - $20 hourly
Responsibilities:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:Assure that C&L; QC procedures are being followed by all departmentsSolely responsible for final quality inspectionsAssure that all repairs to the vehicle match the final invoicePerform other related duties as assigned to ensure an efficient and effective repairMeet & greet customersReview repairs of all vehicles & sign off on ready-for-deliveryDeliver vehicles to customers, reviewing repairs & answering any questionsPerform ADAS on all vehicles that need scanning or calibrationsfill out appropriate paperwork & check in requirements for each vehicleQualifications:The ideal candidate should have the following experience:Experience working in a Team EnvironmentPrior working knowledge of body repairs and partsPrior experience in multi-tasking, prioritizing, and organizingAbility to effectively communicateTechnical knowledge for automobilesAbility to learn & adapt quicklycustomer service experienceQuality control experienceAbout CompanyC&L Autobody is a regional Multiple-Shop Organization (MSO) with 11 body shops throughout Morris, Essex, Sussex, Warren, Union, and Middlesex counties in Northern NJ. We also manage one of the largest towing fleets in the state.

We offer full benefits (medical, dental, and vision), paid time off, paid holidays, and a 401(k) with a company match. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with occasional Saturdays.
