Senior Electrical Engineer

Join a collaborative, design-driven firm working across healthcare, commercial, cultural, government, and higher education sectors. This role offers the opportunity to lead multidisciplinary teams and shape high-performance, sustainable building systems.
What You’ll Do: Lead electrical design teams (engineers, designers, BIM)
Develop scopes, budgets, staffing plans, and workplans
Perform load calculations, power distribution analysis, and equipment sizing
Prepare engineering studies, cost estimates, and design documentation
Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements
Collaborate on sustainable and alternative energy solutions
Mentor junior staff and oversee Revit production
Present technical solutions to clients and stakeholders What You Bring: BS/MS in Electrical Engineering
10+ years in consulting/A&E electrical design
Professional Engineer (PE) license
